I enjoy getting my email newsletter from Bon Appetit every day. Sometimes, the article is an homage to a new kitchen gadget. Other times, I find myself chuckling at the writer's experiments with underused seasonings or sauces. Almost always, I save the featured recipe to try later.


Today's article was so funny that I had to share. Alex Beggs, a senior staff writer, dedicated his article to his friend, Will, who is learning how to cook.
